CPP protective film, namely cast polypropylene protective film, is a non tensile and non directional polypropylene protective film. It is divided into homopolymer CPP and copolymerization CPP according to raw materials, and general CPP, aluminized CPP (wmcpp), cooking CPP (rcpp) according to function and use.

The characteristics of CPP protective film are as follows:

① CPP protective film has high transparency and good flatness

② CPP protective film has good temperature resistance and is easy to deform. It has a certain scratch degree without losing flexibility. The softening point is about 140 degrees.

③ CPP protective film has good hand feel, shading, heat sealing and not easy to back stick.

④ CPP protective film has excellent moisture-proof and moisture-proof performance, with certain oxygen resistance and oil resistance;

⑤ CPP protective film is non-toxic, tasteless, odorless and hygienic, with a density of 0.92g/cm3;

Because CPP protective film has high temperature resistance that PE base film cannot have, it is especially suitable for electronic manufacturing processes such as IMD and IML

CPP protective film is mainly applicable to photoelectric film, diffusion film, light guide plate, film and prism film, especially for ITO conductive protective film coating, IMD, IML and other electronic manufacturing processes.
